All print only orders (A3 and A4 size) are free delivery within the UK (excluding the British Isles). I aim to post orders within 2 working days and all orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class past.

Framed Art prints incur an extra postage charge and are sometimes sent via alternative couriers, dependent on weight and cost. If these are tracked I will provide this information via email.

If you require a faster postage method or need your item urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and I will always try my best to accommodate where possible.

Refunds & Returns


If for any reason you would like to return your item, please contact us outlining your reason before returning. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised Products including commissions
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All Returns are payable by the customer, unless the item is damaged on receipt.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jackie Swann Design, 9 Betony Close, Bingham, Nottinghamshire, NG13 8TP

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless otherwise agreed, as set out in the terms above.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I aim to post orders within 2 working days, and all print only orders are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Please allow 4/5 days in total for your order to arrive. If you need your order urgently, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

I really hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please get in touch so that we can try to resolve the issue. Failing that, please refer to the Returns policy.

All A3 and A4 size prints are presented on a stiff card backing board in a clear sleeve, with a branding sticker. Posted flat, to avoid any curling or folding and placed into a stiffened card envelope or cardboard postal box.

All my prints are created, printed and shipped from the UK.

All my prints can be printed to whatever size you wish, please get in touch if you would like a price for a different size.
